- Any grievance from our customers are welcome and the same will be solved through
an internal Greivance Redressal Departmet having five layers depending on the importance
of the matter to be dealt with. However initially the matter to be referred to our
H R Manager , over phone/ mail/ or in person . Depending on the importance of the matter
placed it may be taken to higher levels like RM , GM, COO, and CEO finally.
